This policy explains what Rep Nation collects, why, and who it is shared with. We collect only what the app needs to work.
Rep Nation does not collect your location, your contacts, health or fitness sensor data, or photos. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Rep Nation. We keep only the identifiers Stripe gives us to link a subscription to your account.
Your coach can see your profile, your assigned plan, and your messages with them. Clients can see their coach name, bio, specializations and price. Other users cannot read your data. We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, notifications and diagnostics, and Stripe for payments; we do not share your data with anyone else.
Your data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email support@repnation.fit and we will action it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@repnation.fit.
